Verbier

The off-piste capital of the Alps, with a distinctly British accent — 4 Vallées terrain, chalet parties that run late, and serious cooking at the top of the hill.

When to go

Ski season early December to late April; Christmas, New Year and February half-term are peak. The Verbier Festival brings world-class classical music mid-July to early August.

Getting there

Geneva 2h by private chauffeur, or roughly 25 minutes by helicopter to the Verbier heliport. Sion airfield is 45 minutes for light aircraft.

What we arrange

Hotels and chalets, private transfers and helicopters, restaurant reservations, guides, events and everything in between — on one WhatsApp thread.

Things to do

Beyond the obvious.

01

Off-piste guiding in the 4 Vallées

A private guide for the Vallon d'Arby, Stairway to Heaven and the Mont-Fort back bowls — Verbier's real terrain is off the map.

02

Mont-Fort summit

The 3,330m high point of the 4 Vallées, with views to Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn on a clear morning.

03

Heli-skiing to the Petit Combin

One of the few Swiss resorts with legal heli-drops — a guide, a helicopter and untouched snow.

04

Farm Club

The village's most storied nightclub, going since 1970 — jacket optional, table booked essential.

Insider note

Book your guide before your flights in February. Verbier's best mountain guides are reserved a season ahead, and the off-piste is the entire reason to come here rather than France.
