Bodrum

Whitewashed hillside villas, a Crusader castle and the Aegean's best gulet-sailing coastline -- Turkey's answer to the Riviera, at half the price and twice the coastline.

When to go

May to October; July-August is hottest and busiest. June and September have the best combination of warm sea and lower prices.

Getting there

Milas-Bodrum airport receives private jets directly; 30-50 minutes by chauffeur depending on the peninsula location.

What we arrange

Hotels and chalets, private transfers and helicopters, restaurant reservations, guides, events and everything in between — on one WhatsApp thread.

Where to stay

Every hotel here is one we know personally. Tell us your dates and we will come back with availability, the right room category and any partner benefits that apply.

Things to do

Beyond the obvious.

01

Gulet sailing along the peninsula

A private wooden gulet charter to the bays of Kargı, Orak Island and the peninsula's hidden coves -- the classic Bodrum week.

02

Bodrum Castle and Museum of Underwater Archaeology

The Knights Hospitaller's 15th-century castle guarding the harbour, with one of the world's best underwater-archaeology collections.

03

Yalıkavak Marina

The peninsula's superyacht marina and boutique-lined promenade, for an evening walk and dinner.

04

Ancient Ephesus day trip

A private driver north to the best-preserved classical city on the Mediterranean, roughly two hours from Bodrum.

Insider note

Base on the Göltürkbükü or Yalıkavak side of the peninsula for the calmer water and better hotels -- central Bodrum town is livelier but far busier.
