Dubai

Michelin tables forty storeys up, a desert twenty minutes from the tallest building on Earth -- Dubai does scale and service like nowhere else.

When to go

November to April for outdoor heat comfort; December-January is peak season. May-September is very hot but hotel rates drop significantly.

Getting there

Dubai International or Al Maktoum for private aviation; most hotels are 20-40 minutes from either.

What we arrange

Hotels and chalets, private transfers and helicopters, restaurant reservations, guides, events and everything in between — on one WhatsApp thread.

Where to stay

The three we would book first.

Every hotel here is one we know personally. Tell us your dates and we will come back with availability, the right room category and any partner benefits that apply.

Things to do

Beyond the obvious.

01

Desert safari and falconry

Dune driving, a private Bedouin-style camp dinner and a falconry demonstration in the Dubai desert conservation reserve.

02

Burj Khalifa private sky viewing

After-hours access to the world's tallest building's observation floors, without the daytime queues.

03

Dhow dinner cruise, Dubai Creek

A traditional wooden dhow cruising the historic Creek past the gold and spice souks.

04

Yacht day off Palm Jumeirah

A private charter along the Palm and Bluewaters Island, finishing with sunset over the Marina skyline.

Insider note

Book spa and restaurant reservations before you land in December and January -- the city's best tables and treatments sell out days, not weeks, ahead in peak season.
