Venice

No cars, no roads that aren't water -- a private launch from the airport is still the most romantic arrival in Europe, palace hotels included.

When to go

April-June and September-October are ideal; the Film Festival is early September and Carnival is February. High summer is hot and crowded; acqua alta flooding can occur November to March.

Getting there

Venice Marco Polo airport, then a private water taxi directly to your hotel -- around 30 minutes across the lagoon, no cars involved.

What we arrange

Hotels and chalets, private transfers and helicopters, restaurant reservations, guides, events and everything in between — on one WhatsApp thread.
